- Ensure proper and timely maintenance of documentation of overall activities.
- Distributing employee handbooks, policy updates, and other HR-related materials.
- Assisting with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations (helpful)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Utilize different recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist the HR Manager in other HR functions, such as employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and HR databases.
