QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Core Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Software or Technology Services.
  • Two Wheeler Vehicle is mandatory

Requirements

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Requirement Analysis → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and demos aligned with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery.
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies for IT products and services.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, content marketing).
  • Participate in branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
  • Assist in creating case studies, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals.
  • Represent the company in events, webinars, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
    Understand client business challenges and propose value-driven IT solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

 

Job Specification

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • SaaS & Cloud-based solutions
  • IT Consulting and Managed Services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Alphaocto, etc.).

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
